Hello T vacation team,
Hope my message finds you well, first i would like to thank you for welcoming us late and the checkin 24/7.
Unfortunately we have a lot of comments since we arrived.
1) the bathroom smells bad since we arrived last night before even using it
2) the bed sheets were rusty and not clean
3) the mattress is very bad and damaged and we couldn’t sleep well at all
4) since 9:00 am there is a lot of noise outside in the reception continously ( i don’t know if these are stuff noise or other residents)
So i need your assist to solve these issues reported or please consider the reservation cancelled after this bad experience and after one really bad night stay.
