I had already checked in and today is my third day, Banafaeg 48 flat no.206. I sent additional request through booking message service to your team but no response, kindly respond urgently,whether you are going to do or not. It was 1:additional cooking ware and glass cups (available very poor). 2: additional sofa seats or couch (available single couch enough for 2 person only not four. Last request, additional cover for sofa bed. Same requests were told to reception without any further action. I need your feedback back,my Residential period only one week,kindly do the needful now.
